Operation Support in Dade City, FL Pay & Details Pay based on experience Track driver activity and in route progress frequently throughout the day and night Anticipate service problems and proactively work to find solutions Communicate potential problems to drivers Keep customer service personnel aware of potential issues Provide updates to customers and dispatch personnel each hour until loads are complete Complete customer load closeouts, checking for proper information and rates Provide assistance to dispatch when needed Benefits & Advantages Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, Life, 401(k) Minimum Requirements Able to work nights and weekends as needed Computer experience - Working knowledge of Excel Bilingual preferred Job Type:
