Summary:
Pick up and carry mail, documents, packages, and other items between offices or departments within the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
includes the following, other duties may be assigned.
Travel daily to sites by company vehicle.
Deliver and pick up mail.
Deliver Supplies to sites.
Collect daily cash boxes from sites and deliver to billing office.
Pick up supplies at local vendors as needed.
Shop from prepared requisition.
Load supplies for delivery to sites.
Travel to satellite office in a timely manner and in accordance to prearranged schedule.
Pick up and deliver mail, packages and supplies.
Collect daily deposits and return to billing for processing.
Transport medical documentation and medication as needed.
Mail.
Stamp outgoing mail.
Deliver daily mail to post office.
Check post office box.
Bank deposit.
Make daily bank deposit.
Return daily receipt to billing.
Ensure patient confidentiality and EMR security at all times.
Maintain patient information within HIPAA guidelines.
Keep other care team members informed when situations occur that disrupts timely patient flow through site.
Consistently participates in and actively adheres to patient care expectations to attain clinical goals set forth in the PCHG Health Care Plans and the Quality Improvement / Quality Assurance (QI/QA) SUPERVISORY

High School Diploma or GED.
Basic understanding of medical terminology and documentation.
Ability to use basic mathematical skills.
Able to perform repetitive tasks.
COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS:
Exceptional Customer Service skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Excellent grammar, spelling and interpersonal skills.
