Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit functions, including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts, processing invoices, and preparing daily reports - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight shifts - Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist with guest requests, such as room service orders or transportation arrangements - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions with guests - Ensure the safety and security of the property by monitoring surveillance cameras and conducting regular patrols - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of front desk operations and guest relations Note:
