As an integral part of our snow park experience, you'll help create magical moments for visitors by ensuring a delightful and memorable visit to Santa's Village.
Responsibilities:
Photo-Op Spot Management:
Assist visitors in the photo-op spot, ensuring they have a wonderful time capturing memories with Santa.
Guide them through the process and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Photo-Spot:
No experience required! We will have a camera set up, and need someone to click the button for that photo with Santa! Assist with guest poses, arranging props, and ensuring a smooth photo capture process.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly attitude.
Answer questions, offer assistance, and contribute to a positive visitor experience.
Area Maintenance:
Keep the Santa's Village area tidy, organized, and visually appealing throughout the day.
Qualifications:
Enthusiasm:
A positive attitude and eagerness to create a magical experience for guests.
Kindness:
Compassionate and friendly demeanor when interacting with visitors of all ages.
