Inspect animals for disease, illness, and injury and treat animals according to instructions.
Clean animals quarters and replenish bedding.
Unload and store feed and supplies.
Utilize and store equipment according to instruction.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver's license to drive company vehicles and comply with company vehicle insurance policy.
Pass a driver's license check by company vehicle insurance.
Able to work all weekends, holidays and nights.
Skills:
Must have good written and oral communication skills.
Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Must be able to maintain discretion with confidential information.
Work well with others and have desire to learn.
Education/
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), AA degree or higher preferred.
Preference will be given to those with experience working typical ranch equipment and familiar with farm duties.
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to withstand typical Florida climate.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds without difficulty.
Ability to work in weather conditions typical to central Florida.
Ability to traverse Zoo grounds on foot or in Zoo vehicle.
Ability to bend, lift, rake, sweep, and shovel without difficulty.
Possess visual acuity appropriate for animal care and general safety practices.
