HCV Inspection Scheduler
Pasco County Housing Authority Pasco County Housing Authority Dade City, FL Dade City, FL Full-time Full-time $20 an hour $20 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago The HCV Inspector performs a variety of duties pertaining to the day to day running of the Housing Choice Voucher Program Inspection Department.
This position operates under the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
Utilizing Lindsey Housing Manager Software to schedule/coordinate inspections for all HCV program participants.
Including being able to schedule inspections, modify appointments, handle multiple requests at one time.
Strategically schedule inspections which are grouped together by location in order to allow the inspection maximum efficiency.
Communicate well and professionally with both landlords and tenants regarding inspection results and/or scheduling inquiries.
Responsible for accessing and downloading multiple reports as needed from Lindsey Housing Manager.
This includes but, is not limited to:
inspection results, various reports, downloading the inspection schedule/calendar.
Be able to search housing software to properly identify required information in order to complete specific tasks.
Email inspection results including photos to the landlord.
Print and mail out letters.
Work alongside the HCV Inspector to address any issues which may arise while the inspector is out in the field.
Work with HCV case workers Must possess the following:
Tech savvy.
Must be able to use a computer to its full potential.
Including using Lindsey Housing Software /Outlook/Microsoft programs including Word, Excel.
Initiative.
Must be willing to take initiative, work independently and as well as part of a team.
Ability to multitask, interpersonal skills, ability to meet deadlines, make informed decisions.
Position is in-office.
Monday through Friday 7:
30am -4:
30pm.
Must be willing to undergo a level II background check, pre-employment drug screening.
Valid Florida Driver License.
