- Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently - Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their dining experience and addressing any concerns or issues - Clear tables and reset them for the next guests - Assist with cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized dining area - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting preferred - Strong knowledge of food service and hospitality industry practices - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs - Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations accurately - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling, opportunities for career growth, and a positive work environment.
