Our elite team is currently searching for a Registered Nurse to primarily work in the field, performing initial assessments, care plan establishment and management, evaluations, skilled nursing visits as well as staff supervision.
We are seeking a candidate who implements patient-centered care delivery.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills are imperative.
This candidate must be comfortable and proficient with electronic medical record documentation.
Experience with Axxess software would be helpful.
At least one year of hospital, SNF, hospice or home health experience would be ideal.
Candidates must be flexible in daily assignments and have the ability to travel to visit patients in their home setting.
