Director of Landscape & Irrigation Installation Overview:
Director of Landscape & Irrigation Installations is responsible for managing growth, sustainability, people, and profitability within Builder Services, Cornerstone's home builder focused department for landscape and irrigation installation, environmental services, and services for land development.
Reporting Structure:
Reports to Director of Field Services Key Accountabilities:
Hiring, mentoring, developing, training of all department managers Process development Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards Builder Services budget performance Departmental safety Maintain client/builder relationships Our Purpose:

P&L Experience, Budgeting - Intermediate Bachelor's Degree business management, construction, or related field OR 10 years' experience Software o Adobe - Intermediate o Microsoft Office - Intermediate o Method - Intermediate o Bolt - Intermediate o Aspire - Intermediate Landscape and Irrigation Knowledge - Expert Reading Landscape Plans - Advanced Regular Execution Review, oversee, and assist with departmental billings Oversee departmental expenses Profitability analysis Establish KPI's for field efficiency Determine strategic adjustments (price increases, crew sizes, geography) Training and development of team members Training and development of team managers Project Management - Internal/External Builder Check-Ins Process Reviews & Updates Process documentation Builder Meetings On-site job reviews Cornerstone's Operating System & Meeting Rhythms o Huddles o L10 o 1 on 1 meetings o Quarterly Reviews o Safety Meetings o AR Meetings Required Outputs Work performed reconciled against invoicing Facilitate business unit month end closing AR Collections Report Field KPI's daily/weekly Office KPI's - billing/job closeout weekly Price increase recommendations Budget variance analysis Monthly Division P&L analysis Budgets - Annually New Start Reports - Weekly Portfolio Reports - Quarterly Succession Plan Team Growth Plans Departmental Training Plans Personal Growth Plans Process documentation Key Stakeholder Communications Managers within the Department Field Crew Leaders and Members Sr.
