Receptionist/Accounting Clerk
Surecrete Design Products in Dade City is hiring a Receptionist/Accounting clerk. The ideal candidate will have experience or learned capabilities of the following:
o Answer phones and Direct incoming calls
o Receive payments from customers at storefront
o Enter Accounts payable bills with Team
o Organize back up for weekly check runs
o File completed paperwork for Accounting Department
o Verify Vendor Statements to bills paid and perform vendor resolution
o Customer payment reminders
o Mail checks and Statements
o Enter A/R invoices With Team
Two years of experience or AS Degree in Accounting field or AA in business with Focus on accounting preferred. Current students are welcome to apply.
Rate is $9 (negotiable) per hour based on experience/education. Benefits package offered. New employee will be subject to drug test, background and credit check.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
