We are looking for a dynamic psyciatric midlevel (ARNP or PA) that has experience in menatl health and substance abuse counseling.
SUMMARY: Diagnoses and treats variety of diseases and injuries in a Behavioral Health setting.
DUTIES
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: includes the following, other duties may be assigned.
1.Maintain patient schedule to maximize productivity.
a.Obtain and review health history.
b.Preform physical examination.
c.Diagnose and set treatment plan.
d.Proscribe medication as needed.
2.Follow up care.
a.Provide continuing care to assist the patient with their illness/ issues.
b.Review and prescribe medications
c.Consult with primary care physician for care plan.
3.Documentation.
a.Chart all encounter phone/ in person in patients Electronic Health Record (EHR)
b.Review and address task in a timely manner.
c.Complete patient forms as appropriate.
4.Communication.
a.Work effectively as a team member, with nursing, support staff and other providers.
b.Appropriately refers to and consults with supervising physician, professional specialists and outside agencies as needed to provide optimal care to patients.
5.Monitor psychiatric medication samples and refer to DAP specialists for possible assistance with prescribed medication to patients that are unable to afford.
6.Ensure patient confidentiality and EMR security at all times.
a.Maintain patient information within HIPAA.
7.Keep other care team members informed when situations occur that disrupts timely patient flow through site.
8.Consistently participates in and actively adheres to patient care expectations to attain clinical goals set forth in the PCHG Health Care Plans and the Quality Improvement / Quality Assurance (QI/QA).

1.High School Diploma or GED.
2.Basic understanding of medical terminology and documentation.
3.Ability to use basic mathematical skills.
4.Able to preform repetitive tasks.
COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS:
1.Exceptional Customer Service skills.
2.Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
3.Excellent grammar, spelling and interpersonal skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
